At Cosori Pro, we understand that circumstances can change. Please review our cancellation policy below to understand your options.

Order Cancellation Window

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order enters the fulfillment process, it can no longer be cancelled.

How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at cosorikitchen@proton.me with the following information:

• Your full name
• Order number
• Reason for cancellation

We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been shipped.

After Shipment

If your order has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. In this case, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for further options once you receive your item.

Refunds on Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
